I am a grad student in the school of nursing at McGill University. I live in Montréal and love it here. I just finished my MA in bioethics, and when I grow up, I want to be a clinical ethicist. Or an astronaut. Or an opera-singer. Or a private investigator.
I play the violin and the bassoon. I like to cook, and I like to eat even more. I watch people on the Métro.
I keep a blog. I used to make fun of bloggers. I still do, from time to time, but I have come to terms with blogs as a useful medium of communication. Mon Pays is what I call the blog that I keep to let all my friends back home know how I'm doing in my studies and in my life here in French Canada.
Here's my curriculum vitae, if you want more details.
I started doing web design back in 2005. I was an undergrad student back then, and I needed some money for school. (For the record, I am a grad student now, and I still need money for school.) An old friend of mine from my hometown knew that I "did computers," so he called me up and asked if I could make him a website. I quickly found that I had some ability in this area, although I had very little formal training. I've been taking on clients and working hard at developing my business ever since.
I think that my work speaks for itself. What's that? You want to see some examples?
